Go on an adventure in your imagination and join us to explore classic children's books with themed coloring pages and crafts to do while you listen. Ages 13+
We'll be reading the Frog & Toad Treasury, three books written and illustrated by Arnold Lobel. Each book contains five simple, often humorous, sometimes poignant, short stories chronicling the exploits of an anthropomorphic frog and toad, named Frog and Toad. The situations in which they find themselves are a cross between the human and animal worlds. Lobel loved his work, saying "I cannot think of any work that could be more agreeable and fun than making books for children" and described his job as a daydreamer.
