Prices and Policies

When printing from a wireless device, all prices and related policies are the same as when printing from the library's computers, or using the photocopier. See the Forms & Copies page for details.

Options

Web Upload Form: You can use our wireless print web form to upload the file you want to print. For best (and fastest) results, we recommend submitting a PDF, designed for standard letter-size paper (8½ x 11). Postscript, plain text, PNG, JPG, and several common office formats are also supported. Processing can take a couple of minutes, before your job is ready to print. Stop by the main desk and ask a staff member to release your document to the printer.
email: You can attach the file you want to print to an email message and send it to our wireless print address. Processing can take a couple of minutes, before your job is ready to print. Stop by the main desk and ask a staff member to release your document to the printer. The same formats are supported, as with the web upload form.

Install Drivers: You can install the drivers for our printer, on your laptop. This option is recommended for people who will be wanting to print at the library on a regular basis, or who need to print an unusual type of file that requires special software to access and print.
- For the main internet printer (Doubleday):
  - Partial Instructions for Windows 11, which may likely also work for Windows 10. These instructions are somewhat incomplete at this time.
- For the Children's Room printer (Donley):
  - Instructions for Microsoft Windows Seven.
    These instructions may also work for earlier versions (e.g., Vista), but are only tested with Seven.
  - Instructions for Microsoft Windows Ten.
    These instructions may also work for Windows Eight and Eleven, but are only tested with Ten.
